 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys replaced the windshield in my truck probably close to 10 years ago now. The customer service then was GREAT. So good in fact that I remembered their name all these years and had even referred them many many times to other people. Well now Ive been needing to get the front and rear windshields in my truck replaced so I looked them back up and gave them a call to make an appointment with them again. That was 2.5 weeks ago. In that 2.5 weeks I have left them 4 voicemails plus left just my call back number with the answering service/machine 2-3 times and I have gotten "0" response from them. On their voicemail greeting they say, "Your call is very important to us ....... we will return your call promptly ...... ". Well a repeat customers call obviously isnt all that important to them at all. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere and wont be giving these guys anymore referrals. This is very disappointing to me.

UPDATE; My original review above criticizing them on their lack of response was written "5 months" ago. They FINALLY respond to my review "9 hours ago" and yet they "STILL" have NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL(S)...

Minutes behind after leaving my son’s school. I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to actually talk to anyone to get my appointment setup-very convenient for my lifestyle. Mike was kind and professional and gave me a courtesy call prior to coming to the house. The price I was quoted via text was the same I was given once the job was completed which was by far the best deal I found in a time crunch especially with them coming to me. Super knowledgeable, professional, and had my windshield swapped out in no time! Safe lite gave me a quote that was $300 more for unnecessary calibration. Safe Lite couldn't even come to my house!
